Changes to My Account

We’ve made some changes to My Account to make it easier to communicate with FMEP.

Include an attachment with a message

When sending a message to FMEP, you are now able to include an attachment with a message. Acceptable file formats are PDF, TIF, TIFF, BMP, JPG, JPEG or PNG. Now instead of mailing or faxing information to FMEP, sign in and you can send it through the website.

Receive an email when FMEP responds to your message

You will now receive an email whenever FMEP responds to your message. You still need to sign into your web account to see our response as we don’t include any case information in an email.

Added more forms and all forms are fillable PDFs
