What do I need to sign in?To sign in to the website, you will need a case number and a personal identification number . You will find these numbers on the Notice of Filing that you received when you were first enrolled with us. If you do not have these numbers, please contact us. I am an Attachee. What do I need to sign in?To sign in to the website, you will need the case number and attachment id number. You will find these numbers on the top right of the Notice of Attachment you received from us for this case. If you do not have these numbers, please contact us. I am a caseworker in the Reciprocating Jurisdiction. What do I need to sign in?To sign in to the website, you will need the password provided to your enforcement agency. If you do not have a password, please contact your administrator or help desk. The website tells me that I need to be signed in to access a page. Why?We take the security of your information very seriously and to ensure this, we utilize a digital certificate and cookies to distinguish you from other visitors to our website. For more on the technology we use, look at our Security page. In addition to this, we use a session timeout to automatically sign you out of your account if you have been idle for too long. This keeps your information secure if you remain signed in on your case and you are using a computer that other people have access to. Please note that if you are sending a message to the FMEP, while you are writing the message, you are considered idle. Sometimes, this may result on you being signed out of your case after you have written a long message. Above the Send a Message form, there is text that indicates how much time you have to write your message. If you are writing a long message, please pay attention to the amount of time you have been writing your message. If your session times out, you can no longer access any page on the website without signing in again. This means that you cannot access any of your case pages that are in your history, or bookmarks, without signing in. If you see a message saying that you need to be signed in to access a page, please sign in, using your credentials. What are cookies?We use "cookies" to provide a method of securely distinguishing visitors to our website. Cookies are simple text files stored by your web browser and do not contain personally identifiable information and do not compromise your system security. How do I enable cookies?Because there are multiple browsers (ie. Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc) running on different Operating Systems (ie.
