How will I receive my payments?

We require the payor to send all payments to us, rather than the recipient. This ensures that we keep accurate and up-to-date payment records. We record the payments into our system and forward the payments to the recipient, usually the same day, either through direct deposit to the recipient's bank account or through the mail.

How do I make payments?

The payor is required to send payments to us, rather than the recipient. This ensures that we keep accurate and up-to-date payment records. We record the payments into our system and forward the payments on to the recipient. Payments can be sent to the FMEP through online banking, telephone banking or ABM banking or by mailing a cheque or money order.
