The payor lives in another province or country. Can you still collect my payments?

We will send your order or agreement to be registered with the equivalent program in the province or country where the payor lives. Registration will take about two to four months. Once you are registered, that program will be responsible for collecting your payments, forwarding them to us, and taking enforcement action.

If enforcement is necessary, the other program will take action based on their laws and enforcement methods. We cannot tell them what action to take or when to take it.

We will continue to monitor your payments here and do what we can to help the other program with the information they need.
